1. About these terms

These terms govern access to delvornpo.site, operated by Delvorn Health Ltd from Manchester. By using the website, visitors agree to read the pages responsibly and respect the rights of other users.

2. Editorial material

Articles are general information prepared for an adult UK audience. They are not personalised guidance and should not be treated as a substitute for a conversation with a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy

We aim for clear, current and responsible material, but no editorial website can promise that every page is complete or current at every moment. Please report apparent errors to [email protected].

4. Intellectual property

Text, branding and layout belong to Delvorn or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Visitors may link to pages, but should not reproduce substantial material without written permission.

5. Links

External links may be provided for context. Delvorn is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of another website.

6. Availability

We may update, pause or remove pages without notice. Reasonable steps are taken to preserve access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Delvorn is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general editorial information or temporary unavailability of the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.

9. Contact

Write to Delvorn Health Ltd, 42 Deansgate, Manchester M1 1AA, or email [email protected].

10. Acceptable use

Visitors may use the website for lawful personal reading, research and communication. They must not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the service. A person who identifies a security concern should report it privately to [email protected] rather than testing it against other visitors.

• Do not copy credentials, contact details or other personal information from the site for unrelated purposes.
• Do not present Delvorn material as personal guidance or as an official statement from a public authority.
• Do not use the name, branding or layout to create a misleading service.

11. User communications

Messages sent through a contact form or email should be accurate, respectful and limited to information needed for the enquiry. Delvorn may retain correspondence for the period described in the Privacy Policy so that a question, correction or complaint can be handled properly. Sending a message does not transfer ownership of the sender’s personal information beyond the processing needed to respond.

Delvorn may decline to publish or respond to material that is unlawful, abusive, confidential to another person or unrelated to the website. This does not remove any right to raise a genuine concern through an appropriate route.

12. Copyright permissions

Visitors may quote a short passage with a clear link to the original page and an accurate attribution. Reproducing a substantial article, downloading the site for redistribution or adapting branding requires written permission from Delvorn Health Ltd. Permission may include conditions about context, attribution, accessibility and removal if the source page changes.

13. Privacy and cookies

Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain information handling, storage choices and contact procedures. Those documents form part of the practical rules for using the site, but they do not change the ownership of editorial material. If a conflict appears, the document that specifically addresses the subject should be read alongside these terms.

14. Changes to the website and terms

Delvorn may revise these terms when the website, legal requirements or available features change. The current version will show a review date, and material changes will be described in a short change note where practical. Continued use after a revision means the visitor has had an opportunity to read the updated wording, subject to applicable rights.

The present version was reviewed on 9 September 2026. A future change log may record additions about newsletters, embedded content, accessibility, security reporting or editorial corrections.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Questions or complaints should first be sent to Delvorn Health Ltd, 42 Deansgate, Manchester M1 1AA, or [email protected]. The team aims to acknowledge a message within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days where the matter can be reviewed from available records. The sender should include the page address, relevant passage and outcome requested.

If the parties cannot resolve a concern through correspondence, the sender may ask for a further internal review or use any relevant statutory complaint route. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a court’s authority under applicable law.

16. Severability and no waiver

If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not mean that Delvorn has waived it. Any waiver should be clear, specific and recorded in writing.

17. Data protection and communications

Personal information supplied through the website is handled under the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Visitors should provide only the information needed for a newsletter, correction, contact request or other stated purpose. Delvorn does not require a visitor to disclose private health details in order to read an article or raise a general editorial question.

Requests about personal information can be sent to [email protected] and are normally acknowledged within five working days. The team aims to respond within one month where a data protection right is being exercised, subject to lawful identity and complexity checks.

18. Security reports and service incidents

A suspected security weakness should be reported privately to [email protected] with the affected page, approximate time and a description of the observation. Visitors must not access another person’s account, attempt to obtain restricted information or deliberately disrupt the website while investigating a concern. Delvorn will assess a report and take proportionate steps to contain, correct and document the issue.

Temporary errors, maintenance and external service interruptions may affect a page without changing these terms. Where a significant incident affects personal information, the response will follow applicable UK data protection requirements and the Privacy Policy.

19. Version record and dispute route

These terms were reviewed on 9 September 2026. The review considered acceptable use, intellectual property, external links, contact handling, security reporting, accessibility and the law of England and Wales.

Visitors should first send a concern to Delvorn Health Ltd, 42 Deansgate, Manchester M1 1AA, or call 0161 946 0202. Delvorn aims to acknowledge correspondence within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days where the relevant records are available. This internal route does not remove any statutory complaint, consumer or court right.
